This hotel is my favorite on the East Coast for ski trips. It’s absolutely lovely! While it might look a bit vintage in photos, it’s spotless and incredibly clean (and trust me, as someone allergic to dust, I can tell just by breathing!). The hot tub is perfect for refreshing after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience. Our Innkeeper, John, was not just helpful, but went way beyond what could be expected. He did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.
I loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and romantic. The staff was very helpful, and we were able to take advantage of a November discount, which made the stay very affordable. We also received breakfast vouchers.
We stayed here for two nights to celebrate Valentine’s Day and a birthday while skiing Stratton during the day. It was a wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful stay with nice accommodations. Our room was spacious with big windows, a fireplace, free-standing bathtub, large shower, etc. The innkeeper was kind and attentive as well. It was a quintessential Vermont inn and the perfect quaint & cozy place to stay for our trip. We will absolutely be back in the future, hopefully during the summer next time!
If you like snow,mountains and skiing this hotel is definitely for you. It is located in the mountains,the nature is really pretty there.The hotel is amazing, location is great, wifi. Clean, nice and comfy. French design attracts me! Unbelievable. The closest mountain to ski is only 15 mins away by car. I’ve spend 3 days there with my family and It was a great time.If you are planning to go to Vermont l would definitely advise to stop here! Highly satisfied! Thanks
I really loved my stay at the inn. we booked the meadow look suite last minute for a ski trip and it was an excellent deal. I loved the cozy sleepy vibe of the inn, and the rooms are very well decorated. It is not your typical hotel, so don't except a desk person 24/7 but i liked that, it made it feel like home. Its a shame the main inn burned down. I hope they renovate and restore it. the grounds are beautiful. thank you windham hill inn!
We stayed here for a night while skiing Stratton and absolutely loved it. Beautiful location, charming rooms, and incredibly clean. Our room (Matilda’s) was spacious and had a gas fireplace & jacuzzi tub. We’ll certainly be back!
The ambiance and setting of this inn are exactly what you want from a Vermont inn. Tastefully rustic decor, a beautiful view, and lots of places to explore. The young man who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful, though the young man on the next day acted like he wished he was elsewhere. This is definitely my go to inn anytime I need a serene spot to lay my head in southern Vermont!
